What we keep

Your account identity from wizewerx sign-in (an ID, your email and name), the licences you hold, purchase references from Stripe, and a log of account activity (trials, purchases, emails sent).

We do not receive card details; Stripe handles payment.

What our products send us

Nothing. Licence keys are checked on your own servers and the products never connect to us.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments, tax), our own wizewerx infrastructure (sign-in, email, hosting). [CONFIRM AND LIST PROCESSORS WITH LOCATIONS.]

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Download everything we hold from your account page, or email support@wizewerx.tech and we will sort it.
