Refunds

Try first, always

Every customer starts with a free 14-day trial of the full product, no card. You can only buy after you've started a trial.

No refunds once a licence is issued

Our tools run on your own servers and never connect to us, so an issued licence key can't be revoked or returned. For that reason we don't refund a licence once its key has been issued.

Your right to withdraw (EU consumers)

At checkout you ask us to issue your licence key immediately and acknowledge that you give up your 14-day right of withdrawal once it is issued. We record when you confirmed and repeat it in your confirmation email.

If the product is faulty

Your legal rights if the product doesn't work as described are not affected. Write to shop@wizewerx.tech with your licence ID and what's wrong; if we can't fix it, we'll put it right as the law requires.
